I am having trouble configuring new delegates on my Exchange Server 5.5. I have existing users that this issue doesn’t pertain to. If I try to assign delegate permissions to a user everything seems to work fine (no error messages), but when the user tries to view the mailbox or other folders they get an access is denied error.
I have confirmed that the users are assigned delegate permissions in exchange. Users who already had the permissions can navigate in the other users folders just fine. I am only having a problem with new delegations.
Any Ideas what I may be missing?
