Exchange 5.5 on SBS 4.5 E-Mail domains

I have a small server running SBS 4.5 which includes Exchange 5.5. I am combining the facilities of 2 small companies with distinct indentities. Can I set up Exchange to retrieve and route E-Mail from two different domains ? Thanks In Advance
