Exchange 5.5 question

I have 2 sales agents that answer responses from the company website. There is a single email account they share for incoming mail only. They both have this account set up in outlook express. It is configured as ‘internet mail’ in express. Whoever opens up outlook first gets all the incoming email. Is there a way to configure Exchange to deliver alternating emails between the 2 sales agents? Maybe with a distribution list? The only problem with the dist. list is that they would both get a copy.I don’t want that. Any thoughts?
