Exchange address list

Hiya,

A quick question for everyone

How can I create an address list in Exchange
5.5 from an outlook pst file.

I need this address list so that if an e-mail arrives at the server which is not in the global address list exchange will query this second address list and if the recepient is in that list deliver it to an individual mailbox for deletion.
