Exchange and Public Folder data loss

I have a public folder on Exchange 5.5 SP3 (NT 4.0 network SP 6A) that loses data on a regular basis…every 14 days to be exact. Outlook 2000 is the standard for our network.

Makes me believe it is auto archiving somehow. However, no other public folder is experiencing problems.

The public folder is used for “Appointment Items” for a group to share a calendar.

We did have problems with some users having Outlook 98 that caused problems with public calendars. I am confident that those clients have been since upgraded to Outlook 2000.

I am new to Exchange (do not know much about it).
