I have installed an exchange server (only one) with service pack 2 installed and a windows mobile phone that has the messaging pack installed. Almost everything is working perfect. Incoming messages are received at the phone as push email as they should, contacts tasks and everything work going both ways perfectly….except one thing.
If i send an email from the phone, it syncs with server, and it shows up in the sent items box in the users account and everything, except the message never gets to the intended recipient. If i send an email from outlook or OWA to the same receipent, it syncs with the phone, and the message gets there. Any one have any ideas.
P.S. All internal company emails get routed fine, its emails intended for outside the organization. We have an smtp connector to the ISP’s smtp server that works great using the outlook client or owa
