Exchange, BES, VPN

Hello

I’m in a jam and could use help. I need the best place to look up solid, basic info on setting up Exchange 2003, BES server and a good, secure VPN. I’m part of a 2 person IT staff for a company of about 75 users and guy that was handeling quit and now managememt would like to me pick up on this. I’m familiar with AD and Win Serv 2003 but I haven’t done Exhange, BES and VPN.

Can anyone direct me with this. I’m knee deep in crap to say the least.
