I have one Exchange Server 5.5 and have configured the IMS and checked the SMTP prt 25 to ensure it can recieve email via telnet. The problem I am having is that every time I send email out I immediately get NDR report. I have searched the KB articles at Microsoft and performed their fixes with no solution. My regions DNS server does not allow for _ (i.e. EAT_JOES) and my server name just happens to be EAT_JOES format. I would not think that to be a problem since I can recieve email. I have configured the host name to coincide with the DNS server name. If anyone can help it would be mucho appreciated.
