Exchange help – http-rpc & auto-accept agent

Hi,

I am going to a company to fix some exchange issues very soon and would appreciate some help as I am good with servers etc, but just ok with Exchange itself – not an expert.

The company are running SBS 2003.

The little info I have received so far from the company is that they have the following 2 problems:

* we need to get the meeting room ?Auto-accept Agent? working again

* we need to re-enable the HTTP-RPC mechanism for synchronizing Outlook and Exchange.

Can anyone give me a few pointers about where to typically look to fix these issues.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.
