Exchange installation problem

Hello all,

After i installed Exchange server 5.5 om an SBS 4 server, i tried to make a dial up connection via MyComputer/dialup networking. But when i click the icon i get the following error. (roughly translated from Dutch) “Error 711 cannot initialise RasMan”
Furthermore when i click on the tab dial up connections in Exchange administrator i get
“the RAS phonebook cannot be opened. It must be accescible and in the system directory as /winnt/system32/ras/rasphone.pbk”
I have absolutely no idea where to look.
Can anyone give me some pointers on this.
