Exchange Mailbox Authentication

With a single logon to a W2K machine shared by several users that each have a different Exchange Mailbox on the PC. Can each mailbox be set to ask for a password (authentication) before that mailbox can be opened. Doing this without having to re-sign on to the PC as a specific user.
