exchange mess

Have Exchange 2000 Server on Windows 2000 in one domain and Exchange 2003 running on Windows 2003 in another domain. I need these 2 servers to see each other so that I can migrate mail boxes from the Exchange 2000 Server to the Exchange 2003 Server. Any thoughs?
