Exchange Migration

I am new to exchange. I have to migrate from exchange 2000 to exchange 2003. The exchange 2000 server sits in the old domain and the exchange 2003 server sits in the new domain and I have a two way trust between the two domains. I need to find the best way to complete this migration. Any ideas?
