Exchange Migration from Groupwise

I read whole lot of articles in microsoft website about exchange migration from groupwise. Also most of the experienced says those procedures might not work well all the times.

I am going to migrate 25 users from novell groupwise to exchange 2003.

Can any one give me correct step to follow and perform a smooth migration?
