I’m not sure if I was dreaming, but I think I remember reading something about an integrated help desk ticket/tracking system using one or all of the following: exchange 2000 with server 2000 in outlook or office. Short story long: we are getting ready to convert from NT4.0 and Lotus to
server 2000 w/exchange and outlook. Is there something that resembles a ticketing system for our helpdesk kind of like the database we created in notes and if so, is anyone using it?
