Exchange Relay (Spamming)

I am getting hit with thousands of freaking spam messages on my Exchange 5.5 server… I can’t keep up with deleting them out of my Outbound Queue in the IMS. I have tried recommended techniques for disabling the ability to relay through our server. I have Do not re-route incoming SMTP mail marked on the Routing tab, but it still keeps coming…
