Exchange server 2003 prob

i have faced one problem in exchange server2003

my public ip is 210.211.225.231 and my domain ip (tickethelp4u.com) ip is 207.106.22.54.which ip i take dns creations and how to link the my public ip to domain ip.

in domain control panel what records creation
(ex:mx record and host and other)
