Exchange Server 2010

Hi everyone,

I would like to know how from Exchange Server 2010 I can add a mailbox from “X” user to “Y” user. I know it can be done through Outlook directly, sharing or delegating access but, I was wondering if there is procedure to do it from ES2010. Thanks in advance from your help.
