Exchange Server behind a firewall by VPN

i have a public domain and two private network each other in office geografically distanced (and different domain controllers) connected by a router. I need to use the same mail server on both private network in order to have two post office but one public mail server. Both network have access to internet with the same provider. How can i do that?
