Exchange Server Problem…help!

Hey guys…

Okay here’s the deal. I have three servers…run exchange off of one of them, but had to configure the smtp service on another server due to some issues we were having. Now, all of a sudden, one of my remote users (configured through a watchguard firebox) is having exchange issues. When you check the setup, it shows the correct server address. She can send and receive emails just fine, but when she tries to access her global address book, it is trying to pull the information from the wrong server…hence a lock up and overall computer freak out. Any insight as to why this happened or how I can fix it?
