Exchange Server Specific User Setting

Hi

I am a senerio in exchange server 2003.

I want to enable one particular mailbox enable user to who can only and only able to send mails to one external domain say like yahoo.com but able to recieve all mail which is send to him.

Can you guys help me in this regard
