Hi,
I have 2 exchange servers running as an active / passive exchange cluster. Both servers are Windows 2003 Enterprise and installed with Exchange 2003 SP2. I got the same error messages on my active exchange server within a week. The error message caused the exchange SMTP service to hang. Thus, clients’ outlook are unable to connect to the exchange server.Furthermore, exchange services will not swing over to the passive exchange server. Below is the event log that I have extracted from the problematic active exchange server. Please assist.
