Exchange SMTP Configuration

Hi,

have implemented exchange server2003 in my company, i created subdomain on domain provider with my live IP & then i pointed my domain Mx records to my live IP,& configured my server with basic smtp settings,

Now my quostion is that (am able to recv emails ) but mails are not going out from the server?? pls help me….!
