Exchange Traffic Graphing

Here is my question. I have an Exchange 2003 server up and running. All I want to do is take a record of traffic levels for a week, both incoming and outgoing, and create a basic graph of this activity. i cant seem to find this built into exchange. Can anyone recomend a solution that is simple and effective?
