Exchange undelivered mail.

Does any-one know how you can have mail, that has been incorrectly addressed, sent to your administator or any alternative address or even saved before exchange boots it back as undeliverable? ie when a mail is sent addressed to mal@mail.co.uk when it should be malcolm@mail.co.uk exchange rejects it as it cant resolve the name. Any ideas?
