Exhange 2003 and Distribution Lists

Hi Guys n Gals

My company has a many email groups on the exchange server. I am constantly being asked to provide reports/ lists on who are the members of certain groups. I have no idea on how to do this. Exchange allows me to export all the contacts but does not allow me to export the members from a group.
