Exhange Server Email Monitoring

Our company has just purchased an MS Small Business Server and we are moving all our email accounts to the Exchange Server. Previously management used Webmin to monitor staff emails and inboxes, is there an interface included with Exchange Server that allows us to do this or are there any 3rd party apps that give us this functionality?
