Expanding to a new location

Hi my company is currently expanding to a new location.. I managed to setup a vpn for both location and have a server in both sites in one domain. The new location takes forever to log in because the PDC is on the old location.. Not sure how to setup the server on the new location to be an authentication server.. Is there anyone who can give me an advice how to make the server in the new location also an authentication server??
