Experience with Barracuda Backup Service?

My company is investigating switching from tape backup to Barracuda’s Backup Server and cloud storage services. We like the concept and have sufficient information about cost and capacity issues, but we’ve been unable to get a good idea about the day-to-day performance of the system. Anybody got any input?
