Experience with Wireless IP Phones

We’re looking at upgrading our older 900 Mhz. SpectraLink system to either Ascom, Cisco, or Nortel. Does anyone have any experience with these companies, either good or bad? I’m trying to complete a list of pro’s and con’s for each of the manufacturers before making a decision to purchase.

Any information you can share would be greatly appreciated.
