EXPLORER page faults???

Some of my users and myself often receive this error:
“EXPLORER caused an invalid page fault in module KERNEL32.DLL at 017f:bff9db61.”
This error often happens when exiting from the Network Neighborhood on a Novell4 Network. Can someone tell me what this error means and how to correct it?
