Explorer.exe CPU usage is 100%

My task manager says that explorer.exe is using between 90-100% CPU usage at all times. The other day i was talking to a friend and asked him about it and he said just end process then click new task and type explorer which i did and it made my CPU usage for explorer.exe go to 0% but then i got on my computer the next day and i was still having the same problem so i did the same thing and it didn’t work. And since then it still says that explorer.exe is using between 90-100% cpu usage.

I had 2 Trojans on my computer and i took it to a local computer store and they cleaned it and installed Lavasoft Ad-Aware SE Personal and Spybot – Search and Destroy.
