exporting data from Exchange 2003

In exchange i have my contacts in a public folder. All contacts have their address written in their info sheet. The contacts are organized in groups. One contact can be in multiple groups. If i would like to write them a letter and import their addresses from my exchange server. Can i do so? How? and can i take groups and get word to write labels for letters.

Like this. Or do i need some sort of program to do so?? I know Infoware Canada have a small program to search contacts. But is that it?
