EXPOTING MULTI LINE EXEL COMMENTS IN A CELL

I have cell comment with multi lines like;
( it’s my inventory wich is now to big and a want transfer it to DataBase )

-1 CONNECT 060220
+4 SENN 061001
-1 BARKAT AIR 061001
+12 SENN 061011
-8 VISION 061030

All comments are beginning with “+” or “-” sign.

Also I want export this comment all like following;

org.cell & -1 CONNECT 060220
org.cell & +4 SENN 061001
org.cell & -1 BARKAT AIR 061001
org.cell & +12 SENN 061011
org.cell & -8 VISION 061030

also like in the link;

but seperated and new cells by every SIGN.
