Extending schema issues

I’m in the process of upgrading from NetWare 6.0 to 6.5 and I am curios if anyone has run into issues with extending schemas? I have to keep Zen v4.0 on a couple of 6.0 servers and will have 6.5 & 6.0 coexist in the new environment. Thanks for any help.
