extra CALS needed on W2003 R2 with AD&DHCP and DNS disabled?

Howdy,
Could somebody tell me if I need more than the standard 5 CALS on a W2003 R2 server if the purpose is to use it as a machine for
– RAID1
– Kaspersky av server
– MDaemon mailserver (IMAP)
– IIS/ColdFusion server (later on this will be changed to JBoss GA server)?
I understood that only if you use the Windows Authorization to access the server by each client extra CALS are needed.
Am I right?
