Facebook Administrator Tell Your Fans Issues

From an organization page I created for my high school, Marketing, Tell Your Fans, I imported the csv file with email addresses but receive a most unexpected message: “Everyone on this list is already associated with your page.” This is a new page and I need to email my class members to advise them of this new FB resource so they can become a fan or friend. There was a button that I now can’t located to notify a fan by name. Tried to enter email address but no response. Entering a name is inadequate as the multiple persons with same name may exit. Very frustrating. Need a solution. I did not find a tag or sub category to post this question to. Your advice appreciated.
