Facebook profile account not login due to non-receiving code on my phone

Hi,
I have facing a common problem to login my Facebook account for which i can’t receive code through two factors authentication because my mobile number have used to much/many times, so that not work.
kindly someone help me to recover my facebook profile account in easy way…
