Facing problem in conitivity client vpn in rounting mode

hello all,
i am configuring a adsl modem in routing mode.an public ip assign to modem but vpn is not able to coonect.but when i config modem in bridge mode there is no problem in vpn coonectivity.but i want to config in routing mode so that more than two pc can access vpn..help me
