failed dual boot XP Pro and Win 2000

I tried to load Win 2000 on a Dell Laptop that already had XP pro.

Now getting blue screen with error:

Session3_initialization_failed.

Have tried recovery onsole, fixboot, changed boot.ini, etc but no luck.

Have also tried to re-install XP Pro in another directory but still get same message.

Any ideas folks?
