hi guys …iam in South Africa
–i have a cisco 877W adsl router , iam failing to connect in to the internet via my adsl line …when i try to connect , i do manage to get a private addr of 41.195.80.181 assinged but then fails the connection testing process by givime this message ,
“”””The ATM PVC status is found to be down. The possible reasons could be the following, 1. The VPI/VCI values entered while configuring this ATM subinterface may not match the values at the remote end. 2. The physical connectivity between your switch and the remote end may be down.””””””
-But iam using the correct pvc settings from my ISP of 8/35..
