we are using netware 5, it runs smothly for several years but it suddenly failed to bind the ipx protocols at this time. i’m so worry since all station could not connect to the server and even the server it self is failed to log in.. the server succesfully mount the sys volume and even the other disk volume the only problem is the directory services is failed to initialize..we found out that dsloader.nlm has a problem when initializing… what we are trying to do is to transferor backup the important data from one of mounted volume in the server but the problem is how to copy the data from one of the mounted volume to another drive in the server since the workstation failed to connect. is there any way to copy a certain mounted volume to another drive using the server itself of netware 5 like by copying a file from one drive to another or what may the cause of failing to load directory services ? hope somebody could help…
