Failure installing IIS on Server 2k3 SP3…

I receive the dreaded “Insert Service Pack 2 CD-ROM” request when I try to install IIS. There are copies of the CD on the hard drive on this machine as it is located in a foreign country. When I point the request to the directory there I get the following error:

Setup could not copy one or more files. The specific error code is 0x10d9.

I made sure there were copies on the root of C:\ and tried to select that directory but received the same error message.

We have copies of the CDs down there but none of the CD-drives work because of the conditions in the plant.
