Fast track: Quickbooks

Help! I purchased Fast Track: Quickbooks awhile back from TechRepublic and it no longer works. I get the IE has encountered a prob and has to close every time I try to run it from my CD. I have WinXP and IE7. Why won’t it work and can anyone help?
