Fatal ER. Happening with Win98/NT4.0 Dua

hi all…i’m having struggling to get a happy medium…i installed win98 SE 1st then wint NT4.0 onto seperate partions(all partions r FAT and do not exceed 2gb)..both installs went with out a hitch but when i try to instal any drivers for win 98 i get a fatal OE has occured at 0028 : C0275 OF 8 in VXD VMM 906) + 000030F8 now this occurs with my sound blaster live,NIC,TNT drivers…every time i have to restore to the basic win98 regitry from safe mode…hence a useless O/S…ideally i want a FAT 32 with NTFS but i tried that and got the same errors so i decided to do the old fashioned way and still no luck…anyone else come across this prob.? any advice/help will be appreciated..
