fatal error cOOOO21a status of OxcOOOOOO6

Have a sony vaio vgc-va10g locked up and then the blue screen of death. cannot boot up at all not even in safe mode. Don’t want to lose all of my pics of the family, is there an easy to semi easy fix? Damn Bill Gates! Any help is greatfully appreciated.
