Fax format problems in Network

We have a problem at work and I really dont know whats wrong. We are runnign win 2003 server, and 20 clients. Whenever we send a fax, the recepient gets the fax, but its not in the original size, meaning its smaller than A4 ( Normal Fax doc)
Can any one please help me to solve this problem.. Any ideas are welcome.
