Fedora – Apache web sites do not point to correct directory.

I had a fully functional web server until yesterday when a “support” person (loosely named) changed a mail server address for a php site we run. Ever since that “only” change all of my sites do not point correctly. For example we have a site obits.myjournalcourier.com that should point to /var/www/obits. It does not all I get is the Fedora Apache welcome screen. I have looked at the httpd.conf and it appears correct. This is the same on all the sites on this server. Any help would GREATLY be appreciated.
