Figure out which terminal server a user is logging onto

I have to administer users remotely all days. Each company has several terminal servers that users log onto. When user call in for support, I have to dig through 10-20 servers just to find that particular user. Is there a software or way to figure out which terminal server a particular user is logging onto?
