Hi,
I’m new to Windows XP, and need help with the following questions:
1. On Windows XP, when copying an encrypted file (from an encrypted folder) and placing it in another non-encrypted folder, does the file gets automatically decrypted (since it’s no longer in an encrypted folder)?
2. What happens when the same encrypted file gets copied into a floppy disk? Can someone else read the file from floppy on their machine without knowing how to decrypt it?
3. I recall letting Windows XP encrypt my entire C: drive, but now do not recall on which configuration screen I did this! Does anyone know how I may undo this act?
4. How secure is the XP’s built-in encryption?
5. Does anyone know how to encrypt Windows TEMP folders (they seem to be always locked by the system)?
Thanks!
